1.) We do not allow children under the age of 5 during BINGO. If you have children with you keep them seated and at your table at all times or you may be asked to leave. Also if you have a cell phone please keep it on silent or on silent or on a low ringer.

2) Each person must have their own buy in, no splitting of packs or specials. Your receipt must be visible.

3) No paper can be brought back and used. BINGO will be verified by the serial numbers used that day.

4) Flash boards are not official they are for your convenience. Ball supersedes callers error or mechanical error. Management is not responsible for verbal mistakes.

5) Players must BINGO on the last number called and must call out BINGO loud enough to stop the caller. Once the caller starts the next number, no previous BINGOS will be honored.

6) Once the caller drops the ball, the game is closed. No other BINGOS will be honored. On all games, once the caller calls the letter of the next ball no other BINGOS will be honored.

7) Players must play the correct card. No refunds or exchanges will be allowed on paper.

8) Abusive or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in being asked to leave without a refund.

9) We reserve the right to refuse entry. We reserve the right to keep and publicize all winners. Decisions made by management are final.

10) No alcoholic beverages allowed. No outside food or drinks will be allowed.

11) We are not responsible for printer error.

12) Be sure to check your receipt for HOTBALL and MONEYBALL for proof of purchase.

13) One coupon per person, per night.

14) TIPS are allowed and greatly appreciated.

15) In the event of more than one winner on a game the prize amount will be divided equally among the winners
